이용약관

이 약관은 Offway(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 여행 코스 추천 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 이용함에 있어 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 회사가 제공하는 서비스의 이용조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

• 서비스 — 이용자의 잔여 연차와 이동 조건에 맞는 여행지·코스를 추천하는 Offway 애플리케이션 및 관련 웹페이지
• 이용자 — 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 자
• 코스 — 서비스가 추천하거나 이용자가 저장한 날짜별 여행 일정
• 공유 링크 — 이용자가 자신의 코스를 타인에게 보여주기 위해 생성하는 주소

제3조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

• 이 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
• 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다.
• 약관을 변경할 때는 시행일 7일 전부터 앱 공지사항을 통해 알립니다. 다만 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.
• 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (이용계약의 성립)

• 이용계약은 이용자가 이 약관에 동의하고 소셜 로그인을 완료함으로써 성립합니다.
• 회사는 타인의 명의를 도용한 경우, 이 약관 위반으로 이용이 제한된 이력이 있는 경우, 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해한 경우 이용을 승낙하지 않거나 사후에 해지할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (서비스의 내용)

• 잔여 연차와 이동 조건에 따른 여행지 추천
• 날짜별 코스 생성 및 저장
• 연차 사용 내역 관리
• 코스 공유 링크 생성
• 잠금화면·다이나믹 아일랜드의 여행 일정 표시 (iOS 16.1 이상)
• 홈 화면·잠금화면 위젯을 통한 여행 일정 표시
• 그 밖에 회사가 정하는 서비스

제6조 (정보의 정확성과 책임의 한계)

이 조항을 반드시 확인해 주십시오.

서비스가 제공하는 관광지·숙박·음식점 정보는 한국관광공사 등 공공기관이 개방한 데이터를 기반으로 합니다. 회사는 이 정보를 직접 생산하지 않습니다.

다음 정보는 실제와 다를 수 있습니다.

• 운영시간·휴무일
• 주소·연락처
• 입장료 등 요금

방문 전 해당 장소에 직접 확인하시기 바랍니다.

• 지자체·기관이 운영하는 혜택(숙박비 지원 등)은 정책에 따라 변경되거나 종료될 수 있으며, 회사는 그 지급을 보장하지 않습니다. 적용 여부와 조건은 해당 기관의 결정에 따릅니다.
• 이동 시간·거리는 추정치이며 교통 상황에 따라 달라집니다.
• 연차 계산은 이용자가 입력한 값과 공휴일 정보를 바탕으로 한 참고 자료입니다. 실제 연차 사용은 소속 기관의 규정을 따르며, 회사는 이에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

회사는 위 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제7조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

• 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 등록하는 행위
• 자동화된 수단으로 서비스에 반복 접근하거나 데이터를 수집(크롤링) 하는 행위
• 서비스가 제공하는 정보를 회사의 동의 없이 복제·배포·상업적으로 이용하는 행위
• 서비스의 운영을 방해하거나 서버에 과부하를 유발하는 행위
• 관련 법령이나 이 약관을 위반하는 행위

제8조 (공유 링크)

• 이용자가 생성한 공유 링크를 받은 사람은 로그인 없이 해당 코스를 볼 수 있습니다.
• 공유 코스에는 이용자의 이름·이메일·연차 정보가 포함되지 않습니다.
• 링크를 어디에 전달할지는 이용자가 정하며, 전달로 인해 발생하는 결과에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 회사는 부적절하게 이용되는 공유 링크를 사전 통지 없이 중단할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (게시물의 관리)

• 이용자가 입력한 연차 사유·메모 등은 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
• 회사는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 관련 법령을 위반하는 내용을 사전 통지 없이 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제10조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

• 회사는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 일부·전부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
• 시스템 점검·고장, 정전·통신 장애 등 불가항력, 공공데이터 제공기관의 서비스 중단이 있는 경우 사전 통지 없이 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
• 서비스를 영구히 종료할 때는 30일 전에 알립니다.

제11조 (이용계약의 해지)

• 이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 [마이 → 회원탈퇴] 로 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
• 탈퇴 시 개인정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
• 회사는 이용자가 제7조를 위반한 경우 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

제12조 (지식재산권)

• 서비스의 디자인·상표·소프트웨어에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다.
• 공공데이터에 대한 권리는 해당 제공기관에 있으며, 각 기관이 정한 이용조건을 따릅니다.
• 이용자는 회사의 사전 동의 없이 위 자산을 이용할 수 없습니다.

제13조 (준거법과 관할)

• 이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.
• 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

These Terms govern your use of the travel course recommendation service ("the Service") provided by Offway ("the Company"), setting out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service, and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• Service — the Offway application and related web pages that recommend destinations and courses based on your remaining annual leave and travel conditions
• User — a person who uses the Service under these Terms
• Course — a day-by-day itinerary recommended by the Service or saved by a user
• Share link — an address a user creates to show their course to others

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

• These Terms take effect upon being posted within the Service.
• The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law.
• Amendments are announced in the app at least 7 days before the effective date, or 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users.
• Users who do not agree to amended Terms may stop using the Service and delete their account.

Article 4 (Formation of the Agreement)

• The agreement is formed when you accept these Terms and complete social login.
• The Company may refuse or later terminate service where a user has impersonated another person, has previously been restricted for violating these Terms, or has interfered with normal operation of the Service.

Article 5 (Scope of the Service)

• Destination recommendations based on remaining leave and travel conditions
• Creating and saving day-by-day courses
• Managing annual leave usage records
• Creating course share links
• Displaying your trip schedule on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island (iOS 16.1 and later)
• Displaying your trip schedule through home screen and lock screen widgets
• Other services determined by the Company

Article 6 (Accuracy of Information and Limitation of Liability)

Please read this article carefully.

Information about attractions, accommodations, and restaurants is based on open data published by public institutions such as the Korea Tourism Organization. The Company does not produce this information itself.

The following may differ from actual conditions:

• Operating hours and closing days
• Addresses and contact details
• Admission fees and other prices

Please verify directly with the venue before visiting.

• Benefits operated by local governments or institutions (such as accommodation subsidies) may change or end according to their policies. The Company does not guarantee their provision; eligibility and conditions are determined by the relevant institution.
• Travel times and distances are estimates and vary with traffic conditions.
• Leave calculations are reference information based on values you enter and holiday data. Actual leave usage follows your employer's rules, for which the Company bears no responsibility.

The Company is not liable for damages arising from the above except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must not:

• Impersonate others or register false information
• Repeatedly access the Service or scrape data by automated means
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit information from the Service without the Company's consent
• Interfere with operation of the Service or overload its servers
• Violate applicable law or these Terms

Article 8 (Share Links)

• Anyone with a share link you create can view that course without signing in.
• Shared courses do not include your name, email, or leave information.
• You decide where to send the link, and you are responsible for the consequences of doing so.
• The Company may disable share links that are being misused, without prior notice.

Article 9 (Management of User Content)

• Leave reasons, memos, and similar entries belong to the user.
• The Company may delete, without prior notice, content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

Article 10 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

• The Company may change the Service or suspend it in part or in whole.
• The Service may be suspended without prior notice for system maintenance or failure, force majeure such as power or network outages, or suspension of the underlying public data services.
• Where the Service is permanently discontinued, notice is given 30 days in advance.

Article 11 (Termination)

• You may delete your account at any time via My → Delete Account in the app.
• Upon deletion, personal information is handled per the Privacy Policy.
• The Company may restrict use or terminate the agreement where a user violates Article 7.

Article 12 (Intellectual Property)

• Rights to the Service's design, trademarks, and software belong to the Company.
• Rights to public data belong to the providing institutions and are subject to their terms of use.
• Users may not use these assets without the Company's prior consent.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Disputes are brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
